Ingredients

Units Scale

Dough:

  • 2 cups Dates
  • 1/2 cup Brazil Nuts
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 3 tbsp ABC Butter
  • 2 tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 1/2 cup Desiccated Coconut
  • 1 tsp Salt (optional)

Coating:

  • 1/4 cup Desiccated Coconut for coating

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and let it run until it has formed into a sticky “dough”*
  2. Use a tablespoon to portion out the dough. Roll the mixture into balls.
  3. Roll the balls through the desiccated coconut to coat.
  4. Enjoy straight away or keep in an airtight container in the fridge.

* If you’ve got a high-speed food processor, let all ingredients except the Brazil nuts and walnuts run into a “dough”. Then add Brazil nuts and walnuts and let it run for another 20 seconds, or until the nuts are chopped finely enough.

Notes

This recipe makes about 15 large bliss balls.
